Salisburg, Stonehenge & Bath

Last night I went to the 1st play of our choosing over here "Dirty Dancing." Wasn't really "Top 10" worthy as it said in our Top 10 London book but still kind of fun yet cheesy nonetheless. When I went to the bathroom & locked the door it said "engaged" so I took a pic of it thinking it was quite funny. Definitely don't go into the bathroom single & get engaged in there-if only it was that easy haha
Anyways today we had our 1st long day trip! I was a bit hesitant waking up at 6AM for it but it all went well and exceeded my expectations. In Salisburg we went on a guided tour of the Salisbury cathedral and saw Britain's tallest spire and the Magna Carta. Next up was Stonehenge-which was a lot smaller & more condensed than I imagined but it made for some fun photo-ops. Basically just got off the bus-it started raining, we took pics & left. I mean there is a lot of culture there and amazing those stones have been there 4000 years before Christ! But all & all one of those things I'm glad to have seen but probably a bit over-rated since they don't know much about it.
All right last but not least we ended the day at Bath. First we went to the assembly rooms for an audio guided tour where they had dances & tea-very Jane Austen like. And then we went to the Roman baths what Bath is known for-it was gorgeous. When the Romans conquered Britain a lot of Brits went to these baths to help heal their any kind of ailments they had. I really enjoyed Bath and it was a really cute town we got to explore a little around after. A great 1st day trip!
